A Lagos Magistrate’s Court in Ikeja has remanded a 27-year-old TikToker, Oladimeji Hammed, known as Immunizer. He is facing claims of cyberbullying and online harassment against Omowunmi Aloba, who is the widow of the late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.

Hammed was brought to court on Tuesday with a six-count charge involving cyberstalking, cyberbullying, and sharing harmful online content.

The police filed the charges, accusing Hammed of using his social media accounts to post insulting, provocative, and harmful content directed at the 26-year-old widow.

Hammed pleaded not guilty to all the charges brought against him.

The court granted him bail with two sureties. Each surety must show proof of a bank account balance of at least N700,000. One surety must be a state civil servant, while the other must be a blood relative of Hammed. Both sureties must also prove they are tax compliant.

The case has been adjourned for further hearing.

According to the charge sheet seen by PUNCH Metro on Wednesday, one of the alleged offences happened on February 8, 2026. Hammed supposedly posted a message suggesting that Omowunmi was trying to leave the country before justice was served concerning her husband's death.

The charge states, “That you, Oladimeji Hammed, a.k.a. Immunizer, on February 8, 2026, within the jurisdiction of this honourable court, knowingly caused to be sent through a computer system and network a message stating that Omowunmi Cynthia Aloba wanted to leave Nigeria before justice was served for Mohbad, and thereby committed an offence punishable under the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act, 2015, as amended.”

The prosecution also claimed that on February 11, the TikToker shared another post suggesting that the widow had not responded to claims of infidelity during court proceedings.

On February 19, he allegedly posted content claiming that private materials belonging to the widow had been leaked online.

In another charge, the prosecution said Hammed published a video on March 14 with derogatory remarks and accusations against Omowunmi.

The charge suggests that the widow was involved in a hidden agenda regarding her late husband's affairs.

The police prosecutors told the court that between February 8 and March 14, Hammed allegedly harassed the widow online.

The prosecution said he “knowingly and intentionally sent insulting, abusive and provocative communications” through social media, intending to cause emotional distress and public ridicule.

According to the prosecution, the posts made Omowunmi face “hatred, ridicule, trolling, intimidation, and threats from the public.”

The prosecution also claimed that the online attacks led to an incident on March 15, where the widow was publicly confronted and nearly assaulted by some people.

The final charge accused Hammed of publishing nude images and other harmful content meant to humiliate, harass, and bully the widow.

“That you did knowingly publish and circulate nude images and harmful content relating to Omowunmi Cynthia Aloba with the intention of humiliating, bullying, harassing, and causing emotional and psychological distress to her,” the charge stated.

Mohbad died on September 12, 2023, causing nationwide outrage and calls for justice.
